For projects above $100, we require a 50% deposit before starting and the remaining 50% upon delivery. Projects under $100 are paid in full upfront. We accept PayPal, bank transfer, and major credit and debit cards. You will receive a proper invoice for every payment.

No. We quote flat rates and stick to them. The only time additional cost arises is if you request work that falls outside the originally agreed scope, in which case we will always discuss and agree the additional cost with you in writing before proceeding. Nothing is added to your invoice without your approval.

Every project includes one standard round of revisions. A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback submitted after the initial delivery.
