Getting Started
Simply fill out the contact form on our homepage, or email us at hello@digiwizr.com describing what you need. We respond within 2–4 hours during business hours, confirm the scope and pricing, and begin work once the deposit is received.
Not at all. Just tell us what your business does and what you are hoping to achieve. We will ask you the right questions and handle the planning. The simpler the starting point, the better, we prefer a clear conversation over a complicated brief.
It depends on the service. For website projects: your business name, what you do, who your customers are, and any branding or design preferences. For content: your target audience, preferred tone, and any keywords you want to rank for. For SEO: access to your website and optionally Google Search Console. We will guide you through exactly what is needed after your first message.
Services and Delivery
Yes, for most standard packages. Starter websites and SEO audits are delivered within 24–48 hours of deposit and receipt of your materials. Content packs take 3–5 days. Social media packages take 2–3 days. If a project requires more time, we tell you upfront, we never overpromise on timelines.
Our SEO audit covers technical health (page speed, mobile optimisation, crawlability, indexation), on-page factors (title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking), content quality signals, and local SEO factors including Google Business Profile alignment. You receive a written report with prioritised, actionable recommendations, not a generic automated export.
We handle claiming or verifying your profile (if needed), completing all business information fields, selecting and refining categories, uploading photos and videos, adding products and services, writing an optimised business description, setting up Q&A, configuring review response settings, and establishing a posting cadence. We also provide tracking recommendations so you can measure the impact.
We set up your Meta Business Manager from scratch or audit your existing setup. This includes adding your Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account, and pixel. We install and verify the pixel on your website, create your initial audience targeting, build the creative assets (carousel, static, or short video), configure your first campaign, and brief you on how to monitor performance. Ongoing ad management is available as a separate monthly retainer.
Yes. Website maintenance plans start at $49/month. Ongoing content, social media management, and ad management retainers are available and priced based on your scope. Many clients start with a one-off project and then move to a monthly arrangement. Just ask and we will put together an option that suits your budget and goals.
Payments and Pricing
For projects above $100, we require a 50% deposit before starting and the remaining 50% upon delivery. Projects under $100 are paid in full upfront. We accept PayPal, bank transfer, and major credit and debit cards. You will receive a proper invoice for every payment.
No. We quote flat rates and stick to them. The only time additional cost arises is if you request work that falls outside the originally agreed scope, in which case we will always discuss and agree the additional cost with you in writing before proceeding. Nothing is added to your invoice without your approval.
Tell us your budget and we will see what we can put together. We would rather scope something smaller that genuinely helps you than decline. Our digital products in the shop, starting from $9, are also a great starting point if you want to take a DIY approach first.
Revisions and Quality
Every project includes one standard round of revisions. A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback submitted after the initial delivery. Additional revision rounds are available at $45/hour, agreed in advance. We find that clear communication at the briefing stage significantly reduces the need for revisions.

We will review your feedback carefully and work toward a resolution, whether that is an additional revision, a partial credit, or in appropriate cases a partial refund. We are a small, reputation-driven business and your satisfaction matters to us personally.
Digital Shop
Immediately after purchase you will receive an email with your download link or access instructions. If you do not receive it within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@digiwizr.com with your order reference and we will resolve it promptly.
Yes. All paid digital products include free updates for life. When we update a product, we notify purchasers by email with a new download link. This is particularly valuable for tools like our SEO checklists, which we update as search engine guidelines evolve.
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded due to their instant-delivery nature. If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
