Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Service Projects
Deposits
All service projects above $100 require a 50% deposit before work begins. This deposit covers the initial planning, research, and resource allocation for your project.
- If you cancel before any work has commenced, your deposit will be refunded in full, less any bank or payment processing fees incurred
- If you cancel after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced at a pro-rata rate of the total project value
Final Deliverables
Every project includes one standard round of revisions. If you are dissatisfied with the final delivery after the included revision round has been used, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@digiwizr.com. We will review your concerns and work toward a fair resolution, which may include:
- An additional revision at no charge, where the concern is within the original scope
- A partial credit toward a future project
- A partial refund of the final payment, at our discretion
Refund or credit requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery will not be considered.

3. Digital Products (Shop)
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales from our Digital Shop are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions are made in the following cases:
- You experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing the product, and you notify us within 48 hours of purchase
- The product delivered is materially different from what was described on the sales page
To request an exception, email hello@digiwizr.com within 48 hours of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue.
4. Subscription and Maintenance Plans
Monthly retainer and maintenance plans may be cancelled at any time with 14 days’ written notice via email. You will not be charged for the following billing cycle after your cancellation is confirmed. No refunds are issued for the current billing period at the time of cancellation.
5. How to Request a Refund
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by emailing:
Please include your name, project name or order reference, and a brief description of your reason for requesting a refund. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We take all concerns seriously and will work quickly to resolve legitimate issues. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and project access while the dispute is investigated.
